We have tried to keep our hirings free of red tape but after recent abuse we have had to introduce some conditions. All hirings are subject to the Terms and Conditions laid out below. By confirming a hiring you are also confirming that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full, so please read them carefully, particularly the Cancellation Charges.
Terms and Conditions of Harmonium Hire
Cancellation Charges
Any cancellation of a confirmed hiring will incur a £30 administration fee and refund of the London Congestion Charge if this has been obtained.

Safety and security
Instrument to be kept in secured premises when unattended.
Instrument to be kept away from direct or indirect heat sources.
Instrument to be used by designated player only.

Payment
Payment is due 30 days from receipt of Invoice.
